Electric cars
Management of charging stations and individual tariffs
Charging is considered part of the state of the parking space: the system knows who took the space, when the power supply started, how long the session lasted and what happens after it ends.

Office, residential, hotel or commercial parking
Driver, operator, fare owner, technical service
CShark cameras, charging stations, digital card, payment circuit
Vehicle, user, energy, time, tariff, site and station status
Object task
What the script should provide
- Eliminate the gap between accounting for charging and the actual occupancy of a special place.
- Apply different rates for residents, employees, guests and loyalty programs.
- Release the charging space after completing the service without installing an additional blocker.
Sequence
How does CShark work?
Station selection
The user sees the available slot, station type, tariff and associated parking space. If necessary, the system holds the place for a limited time.
Beginning of the session
After identifying the user and checking the conditions, CShark allows the station to start, records the car, location, start time and tariff model.
Charging management
The interface displays the station status, transmitted energy, duration and estimated cost. The operator sees the same event in the context of the location.
Completion
After stopping charging, the user receives a total of energy and service. The system continues to monitor the physical occupancy of the location.
Vacation of the seat.
If the vehicle remains beyond the agreed period, CShark notifies the user and applies the stipulated rate for continued use of the zone.
Interfaces
What does each role see?
User
Sees conditions before launch, charging progress, final cost and the need to free up space.
Operator
Manages session and place card exceptions without manually mapping multiple systems.
Management
Configures tariffs by user category, time of day, zone, energy and duration of space occupation.
Exceptions
How deviations are processed
Station unavailable
The launch is blocked, the location is excluded from charging, and the technical service receives a status code.
The car took place without charging
The system sees physical occupancy and applies the rule for inappropriate use of a special place.
Communication with the station is lost
The session is transferred to a safe state according to the project regulations; Camera data and the latest telemetry remain with the operator.
Result
What does the object get?
- The charging service, parking space and user billing have a common verifiable session.
- The tariff takes into account the actual usage scenario, and not just the amount of energy transferred.
- The operator sees the reason for the station's unavailability and can manage the use of the space after charging is complete.
