01 · Parking spaces
The system is based on the parking space, and not on the fact that the car passes through the parking lot.

The system determines the intersection of the line and shows all parking spaces actually occupied by one car.
A cart, box, or other object in the area of the place puts it into a check state.
If the camera is unavailable, the map shows the last confirmation and affected locations.

03 · Car search
The search uses the vehicle's last camera-confirmed position.
The driver enters the state number in the mobile interface or on the terminal.
The level, sector and parking space number are shown, not the intended zone.
The photo helps ensure that the right car has been found.
The user sees the last time the camera verified the vehicle in place.
The elevator hall, column, sector, and driveway help connect the map to the physical space.
The path is built from the selected point inside the object to the actual location of the car.
04 Video Events
Each event contains a location, camera, time, frame, and a clear processing state.
The vehicle position, affected locations, time and confirmation frame are saved.
The system detects the abandoned object, saves the frame and automatically notifies the operator.
The system highlights vehicles and places that have exceeded the specified observation time.
Events are sorted by object, type, time and current status.
For each type, the person responsible, the review period, the notification channel and the closing procedure are specified.
The event closes after a new video surveillance or inspection result.
05 · Video analytics
Indicators are calculated from the history of confirmed site conditions and intersections of control zones.
Share of occupied time by location, sector, level and object.
Mean, median, maximum and time distribution for each location.
The number of different vehicles using the space during the period.
Any selected indicator can be displayed by location, zone, level, driveway or object.
Intensity, peak intervals and speed of movement in control zones.
The indicator, period, filters, comparison and presentation format are customized to the object’s objectives.
06 · Equipment and operation
The technical condition is considered together with the impact on the observed locations.
Video stream status, image quality and surveillance areas.
Ports, load, camera power supply and communication line status.
Computational load, free space and video storage life.
Communication, actual content and last updated time.
Line status, power reserve and estimated battery life.
The system shows which locations and functions are affected by a specific fault.
07 · Driver services
After authentication by phone number, the user receives only authorized information about searches, parking sessions, and charges.
The vehicle registration number and parking ticket number are used as search keys after phone verification.
The floor, sector, parking space, landmarks and path from the selected entrance, elevator or staircase are shown.
The user selects a place or zone available for booking for the period specified by the rules of the facility.
The interface shows the start time, duration, location, tariff zone and current vehicle status.
The system shows the applied tariff, the cost of parking, charging and additional charges before payment.
The user receives messages about session changes and transfers the total amount to the connected payment circuit.
08 · Charging stations
CShark connects charging station, parking lot, vehicle, user and calculation parameters in a single parking session.
The map shows free, occupied, charging, completed work and unavailable stations.
The available station and the parking space associated with it are reserved for the period specified by the facility rules.
The system transmits allowed start and stop commands and stores the result of their execution.
The current power, transferred energy, duration and status of the charging session are displayed.
The calculation takes into account the station tariff, energy consumed, time and agreed rules for using the site.
The operator receives notifications about failures, and the manager sees the availability and actual use of stations.
09 · Management of passages
The composition of the teams, protective conditions and safe state are determined by the project and are checked upon acceptance of the object.
The map shows the direction of travel, the traffic light signal, the position of the bollard and the availability of the lane.
CShark changes direction only after the control zone is released and the previous phase has been completed.
When a sector is closed, the traffic light prohibits entry, the bollard rises, and the boards direct the flow along a different path.
The lift is blocked as long as the vehicle or person is within the safe movement zone of the device.
The operator executes an authorized command with confirmation, a reason, and a log of the result.
In the event of a communication, power or alarm failure, the equipment goes into a pre-agreed safe state.
