Sports facilities
Mass event: seat reservations and bollard management
The system connects the guest, the car and the allocated parking space, maintains a reserve before arrival and opens the required passage only after checking the access conditions.

Stadium, ice arena or multifunctional sports complex
Driver, parking operator, security service, event organizer
CShark cameras, entrance and row displays, bollards, traffic lights, CShark server
Reserved space, state number, time window, access zone, travel status
Object task
What the script should provide
- Separate traffic flows for participants, staff, contractors and spectators within a limited time frame.
- Save assigned seats for vehicles that are still on the road.
- Prevent the bollard from opening if the passage is occupied or vehicle access has not been confirmed.
Sequence
How does CShark work?
Preparation of the event
The operator uploads lists of cars, sets time windows, categories of guests and available zones. The system assigns specific seats or reserves a quota in the selected sector.
Arrival of the car
Once the license plate is recognized, CShark checks the current reservation, arrival time, and permitted travel. The driver receives the seat number and route on the display or in the mobile interface.
Opening of the passage
Before commanding the bollard, the system checks the free protective zone and the condition of the equipment. The traffic light and bollard are switched in an agreed sequence, and the result of the command is saved.
Parking on site
The camera confirms the actual occupation of the assigned place. If the vehicle is stopped in a different zone, the operator sees the event and decides whether to reassign the location or direct the driver to the original reserve.
Completion
After the end of the event, reserves are removed according to the regulations, places are returned to the general fund, and the report shows arrivals, deviations, manual decisions and equipment status.
Interfaces
What does each role see?
Driver
Sees your assigned spot, free directions, and clear directions without having to search for a parking attendant.
Operator
Manages reserves and exceptions on one map, sees the car, location and confirmation of each command.
Security
Controls the opening of limited passages and receives a log of actions linked to time and role.
Exceptions
How deviations are processed
The car arrived earlier
The system applies the specified rule: holds in the waiting area, admits if there is a free quota, or transfers the decision to the operator.
The assigned seat is occupied
CShark suggests a valid fallback location, updates the route, and stores the redirection reason.
No bollard confirmation
The driveway is not considered open. The system stores the prohibiting signal, creates a technical event and shows the device to the operator for inspection.
Result
What does the object get?
- Seating assignment and physical driveway management work as one coordinated process.
- The operator manages deviations, rather than manually accompanying each regular entry.
- After the event, a verifiable chronology of reserves, entries, parking and equipment commands is available.
