Car search and walking route in multi-level parking

During parking, the system stores in the database the connection of the recognized vehicle with a specific parking space. The search uses this actual relationship rather than a guess from the last shared frame.

CShark mobile interface with found car and route
08 · CShark system
Object

Shopping center, airport, train station, hotel or large office complex

Participants

Driver, customer service operator, access administrator

Equipment

CShark cameras, mobile interface, search terminal, digital map of walking routes

Related Data

State number or ticket, user phone number, location, frame, landmarks and route

Object task

What the script should provide

  • Help a person find a car after a long stay at a large facility.
  • Protect vehicle location information from anonymous mass searches.
  • Build a clear path from the current point, taking into account floors, elevators, stairs and passages.

Sequence

How does CShark work?

01

Identification

The user confirms the phone number and then enters the license plate number or parking ticket number.

02

Request verification

CShark stores which phone the request was made from and applies access rules and frequency restrictions.

03

Result

The interface shows the actual location, floor, sector, landmark near the elevators, a photo of the car and parameters of the parking session.

04

Route

The system builds a pedestrian path from a selected point of the object: with turns, transitions, an elevator or stairs, and the last section along a safe parking lane.

05

Search lighting

At the driver's request, the camera closest to the car flashes for 10 seconds, helping to see the desired group of seats.

Interfaces

What does each role see?

Driver

Receives the result on the phone or terminal and walks to the car using sequential landmarks.

Operator

Can help with a client’s request, clarify a similar number and give a route without transferring access to the workplace.

Administrator

Sets authentication rules, request retention period, and roles with access to images.

Exceptions

How deviations are processed

Several similar numbers

The user specifies the region, time of entry or parking ticket; the operator connects only when necessary.

Number not recognized

The car can be found using a parking ticket or by contacting the operator with acceptable additional information.

Part of the route is inaccessible

The closed passage is excluded from the graph, and the interface rebuilds the path through another elevator or staircase.

Result

What does the object get?

  • The driver sees not only the sector, but also the actual location of the vehicle being checked.
  • The search operates as an independent client service and, if necessary, is supplemented by operator assistance.
  • Requests are tied to a phone number and are controlled by access rules and frequency restrictions.
