Six stages

Development and launch sequence

Each stage ends with a verifiable result and a set of design materials.

Baseline data and examination

Plans, heights, markings, driveways, flows, lighting, charging places, cabinets, power, network, servers and displays.

Video coverage calculation

Selection of CShark SPC or DSPC, installation points, viewing areas, verification of each location and control zones of travel.

Engineering project

Cameras, panels, charging stations, PoE switches, cable lines, optics, cabinets, servers, storage, UPS and electrical.

Installation and commissioning

Installation, marking, customization of images, network parameters, charging stations, seat maps and display contents.

Acceptance tests

Checking availability, search, forgotten items, charges, charging sessions, user interfaces and equipment failures.

Training and support

Operator and engineer work instructions, monitoring, backup, maintenance and reporting.

What is checked before launch

Testing validates user and operational results, not just signal availability from the device.

Every place is observed

For all locations, the camera, image area and allowable overlap are defined.

Employment is updated

The car takes up and vacates space, the map and meters change correctly.

Number associated with location

The occupied place card shows the correct number, frame, camera and time.

The scoreboard is correct

The number of places by level and direction corresponds to the digital map.

Searching by number or parking ticket returns level, sector, location, photo and route.

Forgotten things are discovered

The verified item creates an event with location, time and frame, and the operator receives a notification.

Violation is charged

The intersection of the marking is confirmed by time, the accrual is calculated according to the object rule and is visible to the user.

Charging controlled

Booking, start and stop, energy, cost, completion and emergency condition of the station were checked.

The session is clear to the user

The time, place, tariff, charges, charging, total amount and payment status are visible.

Failure is visible

Loss of camera, station, port, power or storage shows affected locations and sessions.

Data protected

Roles, retention periods, viewing log and deletion according to regulations were checked.

Calculations are reproducible

For each amount, the tariff rule, initial events, calculation time and actions of the responsible employee are saved.

Once the parking navigation system project is ready, we check layout, viewing zones, network, server load and dashboard, then release the CShark project and changelog.
