Roles
Everyone sees only the information they need
The set of screens and access to images are determined by the user's tasks and the privacy rules of a particular object.
Operator
Checks location, number, frame and history; receives notifications about forgotten items, violations and malfunctions of charging stations.
Administrator
Maintains map, zones, cameras, scoreboards and stations; configures event thresholds, tariff rules, roles and retention periods.
Head
Analyzes load, duration, turnover, movement, charges and actual use of charging stations.
Engineer
Controls the network, power supply, video streams, recognition quality, displays, cameras and the technical condition of charging stations.
Security service
Receives authorized video materials for a specific event and restores the sequence of observations in a given period.

For each situation, the source of the condition, the action of the system, human verification, and an understandable result are indicated.
How to find an abandoned car
After confirming the phone number, the user enters the state number or parking ticket number. CShark finds the vehicle's relationship with the parking space stored in the database and shows the floor, sector, photo and route from the selected entry point.
The camera considers the place occupied, but there is no car
The operator opens the frame and checks the obstacle, cart, markings and adjacent places. Once the cause has been eliminated, the camera re-confirms the free state.
The state number is not fully recognized
The system shows the frame and symbol options with a confidence level. The operator clarifies the number only if the image quality is sufficient and saves the basis for the correction.
The car is outside the markings
The operator checks the situation and closes it after a new confirming observation. CShark marks the affected areas, saves the frame and creates a video event.
The display shows the wrong quantity
The engineer compares the calculated state of the digital card with the last confirmation of the board, checks the device's communication and retransmission of the message.
Camera is temporarily unavailable
The engineer checks the PoE port, cable line, power supply and video streams. The engineer then checks all the cameras in the area.
The car is not located by license plate
The number format, acceptable storage period, recognition quality and neighboring observations are checked. A guess without a confirmed location is not shown to the user.
We need to change our reaction to the event.
The administrator records the condition, threshold, recipient, response time and closing method. The change is tested in a test situation before being implemented on site.
Forgotten items discovered
CShark confirms the stable object, saves the location, time and frame, then automatically notifies the operator. checks the area and closes the event after the cause has actually been eliminated.
The car took two places
The system shows the intersection of markings, affected locations and confirmation period. The accrual is formed according to the object rule; the operator can confirm, adjust or cancel it, indicating the reason.
The user does not agree with the accrual
The frame, steady stop time, tariff zone, applied rule and operator actions are checked. The result of the appeal is saved along with the basis for the decision.
Charging does not start
The engineer checks the station status, connection, power and response to the command. The user sees a clear status, and the operator receives the seat number and details of the affected session.
Charging is complete, the car remains
The user receives a notification of completion. CShark continues to monitor the occupancy and enforces the agreed charge zone use.

For each event, you can define the threshold for action, responsible, notification channel, response time, allowed actions and closure condition. The rules checked do not change the purpose of CShark: the source of the state remains cameras and video analytics.
